Systems administration focusing on support for the Kronos Workforce Central application in a Windows Server environment. Responsible for the servers hosting the Kronos application, including all environments (Prod, Dev, QA, etc). Duties include building new servers/environments for Kronos Workforce Central, monitoring server health, responding to incident tickets, and coordinating production reboots for Kronos patching and Windows patching. Responsibilities also include the creation of scripts for changes to the large production environment, as well as support within the Kronos application for the addition of new time clocks.
