Clienti: Rheinmetall | ESA - European Space Agency In qualità di Technical Project Leader, coordino le attività di ingegneria, integrazione e troubleshooting per sistemi critici di comunicazione satellitare, operando come interfaccia principale tra Rheinmetall e l\'Agenzia Spaziale Europea (ESA).Il mio focus principale è la gestione del ciclo di vita e l\'ottimizzazione degli Amplificatori ad Alta Potenza (HPA da 20kW) impiegati nel Deep Space Network dell\'ESA (stazioni di Malargüe, Cebreros e New Norcia).Responsabilità Chiave:Technical & Cross-functional Leadership: Supervisiono operativamente la Reference Unit presso l\'headquarter di Rheinmetall e coordino le attività di tutti i team tecnici e le unità esterne coinvolte nello sviluppo e nell\'esercizio del sistema.Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Agisco come focal point tecnico in caso di guasti, malfunzionamenti o anomalie di sistema. Coordino gruppi multidisciplinari per la risoluzione di problemi. Stakeholder Management: Gestisco relazioni a molteplici livelli (fornitori, prime contractor e cliente finale ESA), mediando tra le urgenze tecniche e le tempistiche di programma.

ABOUT JORDAN ARNESANO
I’m an Electronics engineer, with over eight years of experience working on complex RF and hardware systems in international environments.I’ve spent most of my career in high-reliability contexts — from research at CERN to large industrial and space-related programs — where technical depth, precision and coordination across teams really matter. My core expertise is in RF and microwave systems, but over time my role has naturally expanded beyond pure technical execution.In recent years, I’ve taken on increasing responsibility in coordinating technical activities, interfacing with suppliers and supporting program-level decisions. I enjoy working at the intersection between engineering detail and the bigger picture, making sure complex systems not only work, but are delivered effectively.I’m PMP® certified and currently pursuing an Executive MBA to strengthen my understanding of strategy, finance and organizational dynamics. My long-term goal is to grow into roles that combine strong technical foundations with program ownership and broader business impact.I’ve worked across Italy, Switzerland and Canada, and I’m comfortable operating in multicultural environments.Languages: Italian, English, Spanish.
