About Jordan Angel
Jordan is a deals professional with over eight years of experience supporting M&A. His experience spans the deal spectrum from diligence to post close integration on both the buy and sell side. He has supported projects ranging in size from cross-border mega deals to industry consolidation of privately held entities. Jordan has also built and launched several M&A integration playbooks to optimize cross-functional deal processes for repeatable and effective execution of deals of various sizes and complexity. Jordan currently is the Vice President of Integration at BrightView, an outpatient addiction medicine practice with 85+ locations across eight states.Prior to BrightView, he helped reestablish and lead the brokerage M&A integration team at Compass, the country\'s largest independent real estate brokerage. At Compass, Jordan drove integration strategy and approach including development of a cross-functional integration playbook, refinement of key deliverables and deal processes, roll-out of integration metrics, hiring and training an integration team and supporting expansion through inorganic growth. Jordan began his career in PwC’s Deal practice spending six years supporting clients on across various industries, select highlights below- Established the Finance Integration Management Office (FIMO) for a Power & Utility company $5B acquisition- Supported a semi-conductor company $6 B acquisition. Established FIMO and supported Procure to Pay and Order to Cash finance processes to develop Day 1, interim and post Day 1 plans- Developed due diligence and integration playbook for Industrial Products company to build internal M&A capabilities and tools- Provided pre-merger sell-side IT integration support for $70B pharmaceutical company acquisition including launching IT IMO and completing current state assessment of IT org to value ‘shadow IT’ organization- Executed Integration Management Office (IMO) for a US Food and Beverage distributor acquiring additional territory & businesses. Provided deep functional support in HR, Communications and L&D, to facilitate Day 1 readiness. Managed migration of employee data for transitioning employees- Executed IMO to manage diligence, pre-Day 1 & 100 Day activities for the $200 million acquisition of 5 business totaling 15 specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals doubling the size of a PE owned network of veterinary hospitals.
