   Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Controls who in turn reports to the Global Chief Audit Executive responsible for Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Data Analytics, Jose is responsible for 1 of 5 business units (Grid Automation) on all aspects of Internal Control. This includes planning, fieldwork, reporting, and following up on internal control deficiencies product of internal audit engagements and management testing. Jose is also the Internal Controls and Internal Audit SME for operational internal audits and M&A integration efforts that have Grid Automation scope. Jose delivers status updates through weekly meetings with the Grid Automation Global CFO. Jose\'s current major accomplishment has been implementing the new suite of Internal Controls over the company\'s new ERP system SAP S4 Hana.
