About Joon Woo Joon Kim
I am currently a PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech Packaging Research Center (PRC) and also working with Penn State University Center for Heterogenous Integration of Micro Electronic Systems (CHIMES).Currently working on next-generation advanced electronic packaging technologies in glass embedded die packaging/heterogenous integration applications. My research involves developing new thermal management systems and processes for enabling the next generation of high bandwidth interconnects and 3D integration.
