Provides mentorship, guidance, and administrative oversight to 19 officers and 57 senior non-commissioned officers. • Leadership directly resulted in the battalion enlisting 2,569 future soldiers into Army active duty and reserves, achieving 97% of its recruiting goal for fiscal year 2024. This was the highest percentage since fiscal year 2019. • Selected to serve as Chief of Staff (second in command) and simultaneously performed as the Chief of Operations and Logistics for the organization for 5 months.
