I have been managing projects and leading teams, focused initially in digital and more recently in business improvement & change, for over 20 years still love it. Over that time I have worked with fantastic individuals and teams who have both inspired and motivated me to drive the best solution within any given context. I have acquired a wonderfully broad (and sometimes deep) range of skills and experience within both the private and public sector and both client and agency side.Starting with a background of architecture (I helped put the new roof on Strangeways after the riots!), I sidestepped to an MA in Design for Interactive Media at the time when CD-Roms were the interactive big thing and the internet was grey. Twenty five years, eight career moves across five companies, two kids and one co-founded [and deceased] agency later, I still strive to make a difference.
