I am a software engineering leader with experience managing remote and colocated development teams. Within my teams, I champion agile methodologies, maintainable code, scalable cloud architectures, automated testing, and CI/CD so that my teams build high quality, reliable software. With these practices, my teams move faster and respond to future changes as new requirements and scaling needs arise. I build and cultivate partnerships with customers, product management, engineers, QA and other stakeholders to form realistic plans for successful and rapid delivery of results.    Cloud Networking, Distributed Systems- Service owner for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)\'s VNIC-as-a-Service platform which powers all of OCI\'s customer-facing network functions (including load balancers, gateways, firewalls)- Service owner for Network Load Balancer (NLB) which provides ultra low latency, high throughput L3/L4 traffic distribution supporting tens of thousands of customers worldwide- Service owner for Private Endpoint (PE) which provides private, secure access for customers to OCI services from within their virtual cloud network (VCN)- Managed relationships with large customers and led work to support their migrations and expansions on OCI. Developed short and long-term solutions to ensure their success on the platform while avoiding customer-specific solutions- Led roadmap planning and prioritization for three services. This involved combining needs from customers as well as the engineering work to enable continued growth, scaling, availability, and manageability- Led mitigation and response during large, customer-impacting incidents. Managed internal and external communication as well as planning and development of remediation work to prevent future impact- Hired, grew, and promoted managers as well as junior and senior engineers. Managed headcount planning to enable the team to deliver on our ambitious roadmap.
