Oversee any and all production (Sound, Lights, Video) needs for all City events. I oversee the team that takes care of all the in-house production work (that makes the magic happen) and coordinate with our visiting artists and venue rental clients to assure that we will make their event great! Formerly maintained all aspects of performances/production at the Henderson Pavilion. Audio, Lighting, Video, staging, etc.The Special Events team at City of Henderson does a great job putting together family-friendly events and activities - my job is just to make sure you can see and hear the performances. But seriously, this team is very focused on the community and the things we can do to make great memories happen!From local bands and community events to large touring acts, I aim to make the production parts of the event as smooth as possible. Visiting artists have included: Three Dog Night, Hairball, Michael Ray (Country in the Park), Josh Turner, Joe Nichols, Jonny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Taj Mahal, Beth Hart, Elvis Monroe, Grand Funk Railroad and more.

I\'m a Speaker who loves to share everything I know about company culture, customer service and making lasting change for organizations! I was part of the Zappos Family for 9 over years! Before that, I worked all kinds of jobs - and I think that helped me to become the Culture Evangelist that I am today. I am comfortable in front of any size of crowd and can also host/MC. I\'ve MC\'d parties and live events, trivia nights and even a wookie-calling contest! Currently speaking as an independent (aspiring author) and working with the City of Henderson as Production Coordinator (Putting Customer Service into action in the live event/production world!) Through my experiences playing music on stage and working as a corporate trainer, I found a love of public speaking and sharing with others, intent on helping change the world. As an Audio Tech, I worked with concert systems from small to large, as a soundman and A2 and have worked as a bench tech preparing equipment for shows, building customized racks and repairing cabling and equipment that was broken in the field.
