ABOUT JON ROBERTS
I am a next generation transformation delivery specialist. With a proven track record of architecting, delivering, and recovering large scale, high profile and complex Major Programmes. As a Associate Director in Deloitte’s Major Programmes Practice with 10+ years international consulting experience. I lead multidisciplinary teams with diverse skill sets and perspectives with the ability to horizon scan, intervene and adjust ways of delivering change. I operate as a trusted advisor to CxOs and works collaboratively to design and execute strategies. This has involved working both in the UK and overseas. Outside of work, I am passionate about amateur sports and the positive impact it makes in the community. I devote my time outside of work and volunteers as the Club Secretary for Harold Wood Sports Association covering 50+ teams and 1500 participants (Youth and Men\'s Football, Cricket and Running).Proud Alumni from University of Exeter Business School - Class of 2014.
