He manages a number of technical projects with a focus on water, sanitary and stormwater infrastructure planning, modeling, and conceptual designs. Jonathan performs civil, municipal, hydraulic and hydrologic assessments and design with software including InfoWater, InfoSewer, InfoSWMM, SewerCAD, SewerGEMS, WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, XPSWMM, EPASWMM, PCSWMM, Mike URBAN, EPANET, ArcGIS, Q-GIS, Civil 3D, HEC-HMS HEC-RAS, and HY-8. He is an expert at various modelling software and has provided training to engineers and modellers in the public and private sectors. Other areas of practice includes Uni-Directional Flushing programs, hydrant and C-factor testing, and flow monitoring programs.
