About Jon Weeden

Jon has spent the last 17 years at CBRE/Turner & Townsend leading high-performing teams and managing projects for a variety of clients. He is currently a Director of Project Management and a key member of the Project Management leadership team.He has extensive experience managing projects and teams in multiple industry sectors, including office, technology, retail, lab, industrial, security, operation centers, and healthcare - representing both tenant and landlord clients. Jon has worked on both account based and local market area Advisory PJM teams during his time with CBRE/Turner & Townsend and has collaborated with each CBRE corporate real estate service line. Jon has focused on being a transformational leader for his team and colleagues, following the CBRE RISE values, constantly challenging the norm, and pushing everyone to their full potential. He has also managed a variety of high-profile projects across the country as single point of contact utilizing CBRE/Turner & Townsend local market area teams to deliver projects through the program that he is leading. He has directed everything from site selection/lease negotiation efforts through construction/move-in, ensuring that client standards are followed, and delivery is as consistent as possible. Given the multitude of roles, accounts, and service lines he has worked with during his time with CBRE/Turner & Townsend, Jon has developed a vast understanding of corporate real estate, he has the ability to pull best practices from those experiences for use with clients, and he has developed a sizable network within the CRE industry to reach out to when solutioning requires additional resources.
