About Jon Weber

Jon Weber serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, joining Crocs, Inc. in July 2025. Mr. Weber is responsible for leading the company’s strategy, transformation, and growth priorities. Prior to his role, he spent 25 years at L.E.K. Consulting where he served as Senior Managing Director, leading the firm’s Global Consumer and Retail practices with deep expertise in the Footwear & Apparel sector. He also served on L.E.K.\'s Global Leadership Team and Board of Directors, America\'s Management Team, and Global Risk and Succession Committees. He played a key role in the firm\'s strategy development as well as evolution of its Digital and Data Analytics services, and was the originator and co-author of L.E.K.’s annual “Brand Heat Index” of Footwear and Apparel brands. Prior to L.E.K, he served as a Senior Associate at Deloitte for four years, focused on consumer businesses. He has been named a Top 25 Consultant by Consulting Magazine. Mr. Weber received his Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University and received his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
