ABOUT JON VISAISOUK

I like to solve problems, create efficiencies, and build strong relationships. I strive to continually increase the quality of our work, while creating a better environment for employees and empowering those around me. I manage projects and people, but moreover I direct and lead by example and with integrity.INSIGHT GLOBALA few years ago I started this job on a two week contract with three other individuals. Since then I have been the leading force to develop, implement, and execute the strategy, direction, and processes needed to grow our teams. Now a substantiated profitable business, our teams completed over $2M in contracts during the last year. SAFEWAY.COMUnder my supervision we increased department sales approximately 100%, and our store was often exemplified as a model for success. Major responsibilities included training new staff and dept. managers, staff scheduling, hitting key metrics, and attaining the highest levels of customer service. ASCENSION INNOVATIONSI incorporated Ascension Innovations in 2007 and worked with numerous start-ups. I have contributed to a wide array of activities, particularly content writing. I have written content for multiple websites, whitepapers, business and marketing plans, blogs, and more. I’ve also helped with trade shows and conferences, social media and content sharing, e-commerce, building business relationships, & customer service.EDUCATIONGraduated from the University of Washington with a B.B.A, with my degree focusing on finance and marketing. I graduated with honors and as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
