SAFEWAY.COMUnder my supervision we increased department sales approximately 100%, and our store was often exemplified as a model for success. Major responsibilities included training new staff and dept. managers, staff scheduling, hitting key metrics, and attaining the highest levels of customer service. ASCENSION INNOVATIONSI incorporated Ascension Innovations in 2007 and worked with numerous start-ups. I have contributed to a wide array of activities, particularly content writing. I have written content for multiple websites, whitepapers, business and marketing plans, blogs, and more. I’ve also helped with trade shows and conferences, social media and content sharing, e-commerce, building business relationships, & customer service.EDUCATIONGraduated from the University of Washington with a B.B.A, with my degree focusing on finance and marketing.
