Responsible for defining and delivering the EUC strategy, standards and roadmap across stores, contact centres and head office, ensuring security, resilience, regulatory compliance and operational stability for a nationally critical service.Key achievements:• Own the EUC architecture and technical authority for all Post Office end user computing platforms across retail branches, cash handling centres and corporate offices• Defined the future-state EUC architecture supporting branch modernisation, Horizon replacement and cloud transformation programmes• Led the transition from legacy endpoint platforms to modern Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning• Design authority for the secure branch workstation and peripheral architecture supporting banking, government services and identity verification• Established endpoint security, patching and compliance frameworks aligned to regulatory and cyber-security requirements• Architect for store device estate (POS, counters, scanners, printers, cash handling, kiosks) ensuring resilience and rapid recovery• Defined vendor and service integrator technical standards, holding suppliers to account on quality and delivery• Key architectural contributor to cloud, identity and Zero Trust strategy
