The role of the Bioprocessing Sr. eCommerce & Digital Channels Manager is to lead the implementation of the Bioprocessing eCommerce strategy. As part of the Integrated Marketing & Communications organization this role will interface with corporate and business unit eCommerce teams to deliver a full range of tactics and programs to ensure Bioprocessing reaches its eCommerce business objectives. •Manage the development, socialization and successful execution of the eCommerce business strategy for Bioprocessing, in alignment with corporate & business unit eCommerce teams. •Establish targets; monitor and report on strategy implementation progress. •As eCommerce leader, strengthen the position of Bioprocessing eCommerce within Process Solutions/Life Sciences. •Identify infrastructure improvements and align with business partners to drive initiatives forward. •Establish quantitative and qualitative performance reports to help drive insights and execution. •Collaborate with Marketing on the prioritization, development, execution and measurement of eCommerce marketing campaigns. Integrate eCommerce tactics into product launch campaigns where applicable. •Identify cross-selling, seeding/sampling and other opportunities to grow online sales beyond current organizational thinking. •Provide regular communication on eCommerce implementation, channel growth and strategy development across Bioprocessing and broader organization as needed.
