ABOUT JONSON LIM
After completing a Summer Vacation Scheme with Deloitte in their Business Tax Consulting (Private - Corporate) team, Jonson decided to join the same team in September 2022 after graduating with a BSc (Hons) Accounting & Finance. He is currently working towards the ACA-CTA qualifications.Jonson is a senior tax consultant who works in the businesses of Emerging Growths, Large Privates, Digital Services Tax, Private Equity-Backed Companies and Professional Practices. He has completed internships in a variety of industries before joining Deloitte, including commercial and internal audits, international trade and investment consulting in both the UK and Malaysia.Throughout his university years, Jonson joined several international non-profit student-run consulting groups to aid non-governmental organisations in their fight against the COVID-19 pandemic through 7-9 week pro bono consulting projects. On top of that, Jonson has experience leading and managing student organisations including the Association of Malaysian Economics Undergraduates (AMEU) and the Exeter Malaysian Society (ExeM).Jonson is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who aspires to have a positive impact on the world.
