I’m a girl dad to two little ones under 5, a husband, and a big-time dog lover. My faith in Jesus is the foundation of my life; it shapes my values and keeps me grounded in every season, calm or chaotic. Adventure runs through my veins. Whether I’m scuba diving with sharks (no cage is the way), chasing a golf ball around with good friends, or finding new challenges that stretch my limits, I’m always seeking the next opportunity to grow. I live by the principle of Kaizen—continuous improvement, in business and in life. I started out as an automotive technician, spending a decade under the hood solving real-world problems. In 2013, I took a wild leap and bought a fitness franchise—not because I was passionate about fitness (though I learned to love it), but because I’ve always been obsessed with business. Over 11 years, I learned sales, leadership, and digital marketing by putting my own money on the line and testing what really works. That hard-earned experience eventually evolved into ProFlow Marketing—my digital marketing agency focused on helping local service businesses thrive. We don’t do cookie-cutter campaigns.
