1. Director of Caregiver Success

   In 2018, we launched our TheoraCare line of award-winning caregiving solutions to keep families connected (https://theoracare.com/). This business has continued to rapidly grow even during the pandemic. My team has been able to maintain low customer churn and high Net Promoter Scores during this time. With the outbreak of COVID-19, many of my responsibilities were shifted to reengineering our technology to respond to this crisis. We were able to rapidly design, develop, and deploy an enterprise-scale health screening solution with hospital grade accuracy. This continues to be a rapidly growing business and we support a variety of customers around the US including hospitals, federal agencies, and large employers. I joined Clairvoyant pre-startup and have been responsible for the customer support teams (consumer and enterprise), new product development, and operations. From business idea to now, we have accomplished the following: • Pioneering Alzheimer research with Texas A&M University • Developing one of the Fastest Wearable Gateways with the AT & T Cat 3 Designation • Partnering with Law Enforcement Agencies to decrease the cost of finding wanderers and improve community satisfaction https://theoracare.com/law-enforcement/
