Co-founder of LeanDog. LeanDog specializes in custom software application development using practices that support the Agile Manifesto (agilemanifesto.org). We study things like Scrum, eXtreme Programming, Lean, Organizational Effectiveness, etc. LeanDog is comprised of people who are passionate and dedicated to their craft. Our goal is to optimize the performance of IT teams, eliminate waste, ensure quality & help organizations become lean and agile. We use our proven Agile techniques to help you deliver quality software and we offer coaching and training for your organization. Our office is a 150 foot boat floating by the U.S.S Cod Submarine in downtown Cleveland, formerly the Hornblower\'s Barge & Grill. We share this barge with the Cleveland tech community and host many meet ups per month. We help organize events such as IgniteCle.org, Cleveland.StartupWeekend.org, and ClevelandGiveCamp.org
