About Jonathan Rice

A graduate of The George Washington University School of Business with both a Master\'s Degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor\'s of Business Administration degree with a double concentration in Marketing and International Business and a minor in LGBT and Sexuality Studies. I work for EY\'s Finance Consulting practice as a Senior Manager across an array of commercial client industries to improve and transform finance functions. My current focus areas are shared services setup and transition for various transactional finance activities (such as record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and treasury management) and transition services agreement (TSA) management (both for acquisitions and divestitures). I am also a diversity, equity and inclusion (DE & I) champion for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. I collaborate closely with client stakeholders at all levels to provide top-notch support tailored to their needs. I empower my teams to grow and deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations. I am detail-oriented and provide clients and employers with high-quality, reliable, punctual, detailed work through non-stop dedication and endless drive to help attain and further project and organizational goals. Through diverse experience in my career, internships, and academia, I can examine businesses through multiple lenses and provide support to clients that encompasses multiple perspectives, such as finance, accounting, risk, technology, change management, customer, and more. I am always looking for opportunities in the global workforce to pursue my interests and develop a deeper understanding of the business world at large.
