Joined as the senior UK engineer to help form a new follow the sun global team for Assurant\'s IT and Cloud services, working hand in hand with support teams across the globe. Current work includes supporting large VMware and Nutanix environments, all Windows on-premise and Azure compute operations, and collaboration with projects and improvement programmes to increase efficiency and reliability whilst helping to reduce operating costs.Examples include developing new automated Gold Image technologies via CI/CD Pipelines, and delivering savings through automating repeatable but lengthy processes.Also delivering documentation to help deliver a consistent operational model for support teams.
