I am an experienced solicitor specialising in spinal cord injuries litigation. I help people achieve financial security, and to maximise their independence, after spinal cord injury.My niche spinal cord injuries team and I have used our expertise to secure some of the highest (8 figure) compensation awards ever achieved by individual claimants in the UK. Based in the Midlands, we help people all over the country. I am a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and a member of the Multidisciplinary Association of Spinal Cord Injury Professionals (MASCIP). Specialties and interests: spinal cord injuries litigation involving high level tetraplegia, low level paraplegia, and cauda equina syndrome; complete and incomplete injuries; able to help irrespective of negligent cause to include injuries arising from trauma eg road traffic collisions, accidents at work or in public places, and where spinal cord injury arises because of clinical negligence (for example delayed diagnosis or misdiagnosis, delayed treatment following epidural abscess and similar).Very interested in providing support to charitable groups, and often smaller impactful projects designed to help make a difference at a community level.
