Define, document and control project scope and objectives to ensure project stakeholders are informed and in agreement • Proactively monitor and control changes in scope, schedule, budget and resources; identify and present known and unknown risks associated to all project milestones while ensuring project plans contain contingency allowances • Prepares, maintains, and submits clear and concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports to all project stakeholders • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure resource availability and team allocation is adequate. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate project personnel • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring timely communications throughout the project
