Some people get their kicks from making money, some from being famous. I get my kicks from giving people experiences they\'ll never forget. To do this I believe the fundamentals of a successful event and operations professional are the core skills applicable to most professional positions. Those basics principles I always take into any roles or projects are to- Work cohesively and collaboratively- Communicate well and be approachable- Be confident and decisive- Organise meticulously (not always easy in the fast-paced world of events!)- Be passionate and driven to develop yourselfThese principles coupled with strong event production specific skills are what I believe to to be a fomula for success.
