CABI is an international, intergovernmental organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people worldwide using knowledge of agriculture and the environment. I support this by working with teams based across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas to develop proposals for funding and responses to RFx. My role here includes- Working collaboratively with technical teams to manage every element of the proposal development pipeline, including: horizon scanning, opportunity identification, proposal drafting, budget drafting, proposal review, and submission- Managing opportunity input into CRM (Salesforce) with regular updates- Developing budgets and internal approval documentation aligned with PRINCE2 practices- Supporting with ad-hoc tasks, such as report reviews, due diligence documentation, and case study preparation.I\'ve worked on proposals across CABI\'s range of expertise, with topics including- Biopesticides- Invasive species management- Sustainable landscape management and restoration- Soil microbiome and mycology research- Digital advisory tools using geospatial/Earth observation data- Smallholder farmer training and advisory services- Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Standards- One Health
