I\'ve spent 25+ years building and running businesses—from the trade counter of my family\'s builders\' merchant to managing P&L for companies from £2M to £100M. I\'ve led operations, purchasing, sales, and business development. I\'ve been through a private equity acquisition from the inside as part of the executive team.
