I also support Partners through their business, with mentorshipand training. As an Authorised UW Partner at Senior Team Leader level, I support my own UK wide team, providing direction, leadership and managing its overall performance. Personal Development is encouraged and together with company training this has given me a great grounding in Leadership, Sales and Marketing together with an understanding of the Customer Journey. I really enjoy working with UW to help people get the savings on their household bills. Within the Team framework, it is really exciting to help and encourage individual team members to achieve their own individual goals.
