As the Lead Technical Architect, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering IT solutions in partnership with our corporate and enterprise customers. • AD & M365 Technical Architect across multiple workstreams • Provide strategic overview across entire M365 & Azure platforms • Provide high (HLD) and low (LLD) level designs for Active Directory, Intune, Endpoint Management (MEM), SharePoint Online, Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, Azure, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Mobility & Security Suite • Reviewing and advising on bids, tenders and Statements of Work (SoW) • Perform analysis and make recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency • Perform a variety of complex tasks, such as system designing, documenting, and logic • Provide technical training, guidance, and resource support for end users and group IT operational teams • Provide artefacts as needed to assist in Project Managers in the delivery of work streams • Provide application support and enhancements to existing applications • Define system requirements, priorities, and viable alternatives • Provide leadership and coordination on projects assigned to technical engineers • Assume a greater leadership role supporting the Solutions Architect, utilising broader knowledge and higher-level technical skills • Assist in developing user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impact the use of application systems
