I’m Business Development Director at eba, a family-founded accountancy firm that’s been serving clients for decades. My focus as Business Development Director is to help the firm grow the right way, by ensuring our systems, team, and client experience are built for the future.Day to day, I work on how the business runs; streamlining processes, supporting our people, and making sure clients feel consistently looked after. I ensure clarity, consistency, and culture are at the forefront of the business. Before eba, I founded and scaled two businesses in web design and software. Those years taught me how much difference the right systems, structures, team and culture make, lessons I now apply in a leadership role.Outside of work, I’m a former British karting champion and now heading the Valor racing team, competing with the aim of climbing the global rankings in top flight rental kart racing. Alongside racing, I focus on health, personal development and building systems that make life simpler and more enjoyable.
