ABOUT JONNY ZHANG
Hello! My name is Jonny, and I\'m a first-generation Chinese American pre-law undergraduate at UC Irvine pursuing a degree in Criminology Law & Society (B.A.). I am deeply intrigued by the legal processes that drive businesses, particularly in the areas of contract, intellectual property and transactional law. Beyond business law, I also take particular interest in other areas as well such as criminal litigation, cybersecurity, immigration and family law. I am passionate about advancing education and civic awareness in my community whether that is tutoring high school/elementary students, guiding legal discussions in mock trial, or assisting Assemblyman Steven Choi\'s office with constituent services and policy proposals. I believe education is one of the most valuable assets we have, serving not only as a tool for personal growth but also as the foundation for stronger, more engaged communities. By applying my skills in critical thinking, research and argumentative writing, leadership, communication and public speaking, I am committed to sharing my knowledge with my community and empowering meaningful societal change.
