A passionate technology professional with over seven years of experience across IT, cybersecurity, and customer-focused roles. I thrive at the intersection of technical problem-solving and real-world impact. Helping organisations deploy secure, scalable solutions while delivering exceptional user experiences.Currently, I’m a Solutions Engineering Lead at Natter, where I work closely with enterprise clients to ensure seamless onboarding and network readiness for our WebRTC-powered, real-time discussion platform. My role spans technical validation, stakeholder engagement, and supporting cross-functional teams to build lasting relationships and deliver measurable success.Before joining Natter, I specialised in cloud security at Lacework, supporting dynamic multi-cloud environments and troubleshooting complex technical issues at scale. I also spent four years at Anomali, where I helped deploy and support threat intelligence solutions for global clients, gaining hands-on experience with security tools and integrations.Earlier in my career, I honed my communication and presentation skills as a Specialist at Apple, and taught abroad in Hong Kong, developing the adaptability and empathy that now underpin my customer-centric approach.With a degree from Northumbria University and a background spanning cloud, cybersecurity, customer support, and education, I bring a rare blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skill.
