As a Cruise Director for RWS, I work across the Marella Cruise Line fleet. I am responsible for the coordination and execution of an exciting and diverse range of activities and entertainment. From production shows to themed events, I am the driving force behind the ship\'s daily entertainment schedule. I am also responsible for the welfare and overall management of a diverse team of performers, entertainment hosts, musicians, technicians and children\'s hosts. For this role I have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organisational and leadership abilities, a passion for travel and entertainment and consummate stage and presentation skills. I ensure I build a good relationship with all other departments across this ship specifically the Hotel Director and CaptainWhilst on board, once a week, I perform my own cabaret, whether this is late night party cabaret, or for a relaxed lazy afternoon at sea.
