Coordinated across 6+ teams, delivered the initial release on a fixed deadline, and have since led 10+ major/minor releases with ongoing enhancements.Patient-Specific Rod Project: Directed FDA 510(k)-cleared program to design and manufacture custom spinal rods. Built cross-functional plans to align software, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and marketing teams, achieving rod manufacturing within 10 days from order.Set Scan Application: Delivered a mobile/web solution to track surgical instrument sets in the field, integrating barcoding and QR tracking for rods, screws, and neuromonitoring devices.
