I\'m Jonny, a dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) who provides innovative HR initiatives that align my organization\'s strategic priorities with impactful outcomes. My professional journey has been dedicated to fostering success in associations, not-for-profits, and private companies. My expertise is designing human capital strategies across various sectors, including scientific affairs, advocacy, climate policy, renewable energy, government affairs, communications, and business development.I\'ve created three HR departments from the ground up and led, coached, and developed senior executives, HR teams, and Boards. I\'ve held several leadership roles in the District of Columbia throughout my career. I\'ve been a thought partner in critical situations, such as mergers and department restructurings, providing practical solutions and navigating high-stakes scenarios. I thoroughly understand analytics, diagnostic methods, and data-driven decision-making.Outside of work, I am an adventurer. Whether \"blowing bubbles\" while scuba diving, wielding a paintbrush, or being a risk-taker in the kitchen, I believe in bringing creativity and a sense of exploration to every aspect of life.
