I am a goal-oriented Innovation and Strategy Manager skilled in financial analysis, evaluation, and negotiation, with a track record of working with investment in early stage startups.I have worked with a variety of early stage startups to prepare a startup for investment readiness. This will often involve working directly with a startup to help design the startup\'s core focus and strategy, and then build a financial model to numerically represent the startup\'s vision and strategy. I also work with the startup to build out cash flow forecasts and funding requirements prior to seeking investment. I have a keen interest in working with early stage tech startups with a particular emphasis on startups focusing on net zero energy transition.I have extensive experience working within a corporate strategy environment, leading company-wide scenario-planning reviews and design of resultant corporate strategies to leverage the organisation\'s core competencies.I am skilled in producing business cases ready for FID review for major CAPEX projects up to $140 million. I have experience in developing a culture of innovation as well as project management software development teams within an agile framework.What else about can I tell you about me?In my spare time I am an avid scuba diver, with over 250 dives across the world. I love independent travel, with my most recent trip being a 3 week live-aboard expedition to the Galapagos!
