In a relatively short time, we have seen annual sales triple—achieved without overstaffing in the operations department. I was proud to lead the planning and execution of a full warehouse relocation—nearly doubling our square footage to accommodate future expansion.Having worked my way up from a factory operator to my current management position, I bring a unique, grounded leadership style that balances strategy with day-to-day operational understanding. I lead by example and am passionate about creating environments where teams thrive and performance excels.
