Ten years on the frontline taught me one thing. The people doing the most important work have the least time to do it. I spent a decade in inner city schools, prisons, and employment services watching brilliant practitioners buried under admin, case notes, and compliance. The relational work that actually changes lives kept getting squeezed out.That is why I joined Earlybird.
