I continue to make strides in my progressive quality leadership roles since I started in the food industry in 2006. After starting my career as a microbiologist with Silliker and Nestlé, I have continued to develop myself as a quality specialist then in several quality lab supervisor roles with Nestlé and Leprino Foods. I have a passion for continuous improvement not just in quality but most importantly in safety so we can all go home each night the same way we came in and be with our families.
