Provide a variety of forms of customer service for library patrons at the main downtown Stanley Milner branch of the Edmonton Public Library, including conducting item and information requests, answering phone and online inquiries, assisting with tech issues, and trouble-shooting and problem-solving with customers- development of programming (with colleagues) conducted on a biweekly or monthly basis with participants in the Boyle Street Community Services Managed Alcohol Program and the Pathways program, both of which work with individuals who have mental health issues, addictions, and/or disabilities- co-organized the roll-out of a Microsoft Adaptive Controller in the Milner Gamerspace to improve gaming access to people with disabilities or mobility issues- development (with colleagues) of a teacher\'s discussion guide for The Daughters of Walsingham, a young adult novel written by Edmontonian author Todd Babiak and released to EPL as the first book distirbuted as a non-fungible token(NFT), assisting teachers in discussing social issues related to NFTs, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain with students- Experience with challenging customer service interactions, and listening to and assisting customers in a compassionate, non-judgmental way, as some are experiencing homelessness or are in vulnerable situations.
