Bespoke role created to mitigate increasing problems with discontinued products during the introduction of rapidly evolving LED lighting. Overall responsibility for setting the strategy for sales of clearance and discontinued product through numerous channels. Decision maker on stock disposal and potential sales from sites in multiple countries and continents. During this period I was solely responsible for the planning, and delivery of a new business model for the deployment of a completely separate e-commerce operation. The website, product selection, new brand identity, premises, hardware, software, staffing and complete business infrastructure was developed from scratch. The entire business was brought to soft launch after a development period of just 6 months before recent global circumstances led to it being shelved.
