Created a Community of Practice to develop DevSecOps Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers in AWS cloud certifications. In two months we have certified two achieved certifications, four exams schedule before June 10, 2022, four study groups for different certifications up and running. Initiated resume reviews to ensure more quality information was available as individuals from the practice were proposed for opportunities. Trained the practitioners in the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) interviewing preparation methodology to improve the likelihood of selection and placement for proposed opportunities.
