As the Vice President of Software Development at HSI, a global leader in Learning Management System (LMS), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) technologies, I provide strategic leadership and direction for the company\'s software development initiatives.Reporting directly to the CTO, I am responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, while managing our high-performing engineering teams. My key focuses include driving customer satisfaction through aligning software strategy with business objectives, driving innovation, establishing best practices, integrating continuous skill development, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation, and optimizing budgets and resource allocation and the many levers required when building class-leading software solutions. Additionally, you\'ll find me defining and deploying KPIs and Metrics and presenting data in an actionable format through dashboards and reports to better optimize our solutions and service delivery.Through hands-on leadership, I cultivate a culture of excellence that empowers HSI to maintain its position at the forefront of cutting-edge LMS and EHS solutions.
