Management of £1.6m budget, including purchase order approval • Subject Matter Expert, and Lead for our Cornerstone On Demand Learning, performance and Talent instance with over users across the UK, Ireland, and North Sea. • Systems lead for Applicant Tracking System, with over 700 live vacancies at any time • Superuser for our Aptem apprenticeship self-delivery platform supporting the uptake of our £4m Apprenticeship Levy • Line management of digital learning assistant and L&D co-ordinator • Creation and publication of Business Intelligence dashboards taking raw data from employee experience systems to make it visually accessible to others • Deriving meaning and insights from systems data • Strategic business partner for Energy & Resources Segment across the three North Sea Countries • Design, Building, deployment and maintenance of bespoke employee experience systems and applications across the function and regions • Responsible for on-going development, delivery, support, training and management of key HR systems. • Relationship management with third-party providers to ensure services meet the requirements of Sodexo’s roadmap and expectations with average annual expenditure of £3.6m • Accountable for ensuring systems operate within established policies and regulations • Strategic alignment of employee experience systems to Sodexo’s roadmap. • Accountable for the systems aspects of the performance management, talent management and employee engagement processes across the UK & I and North Sea regions. • Liaison with functional leads to support their areas with systems delivering great user experiences • Escalation point for the systems within the region, linking with both global teams and relevant supplier support teams. • Project Management • Coding ability in HTML, CSS, Python, VBA & DAX. • Qualified Coach Mentor Supervisor and DiSC facilitator • British Psychological Society register of test users member(A, B) • Holds Ministry of Justice IL3 clearance.
