With over 40 years of combined military and industry experience, I currently lead as President & CEO at Netmaker Communications LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business. My work focuses on providing specialized strategic engineering support for transitioning Government and Public Safety agencies and departments from legacy telecommunications systems to advanced IP-based Unified Capabilities (UC). My mission is to enable seamless communication through expertise in VoIP, Public Safety Communications, and Cybersecurity solutions. Leveraging an extensive background in telecommunications, I have guided efforts in areas such as unified communications, RF networking, and optical networking technologies. Additionally, I have contributed to projects involving network management, telemedicine, and virtual private networking. My goal is to support critical government and commercial initiatives with innovative and reliable communication solutions, fostering impactful technology transformations.

Providing specialized strategic engineering support necessary to transition DOD agencies and departments from legacy TDM based DSN services to emerging IP based Unified Capabilities (UC) services being deployed by the Defense Information Systems Agency. Scope includes VVoIP, Unified Messaging and UC enabled audio and video conferencing solutions. Developed a Telecommunications Situational Awareness Management solution that delivers fault, security, E911, configuration and expense management within a UC architecture. Re-engineering legacy Navy BLII solutions to support UC.Currently supporting DISA SD & DOD CIO with Unified Capabilities project management and strategy initiatives.Past support provided to PEO C4I (PMW790), PEO EIS (PMW205), SPAWAR 5.0, FCC10FLT, OPNAV N2N6F1, DDCIO(N) and DONCIO offices.Other support has included the development of a NETOPS solution in response to the USAF NETCENTS II solicitation, and the engineering of a WiMAX network for an DoD OCONUS location.
