Concurrently, I effectively managed HQ teams based in France, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration across global operations. • By introducing innovative ways of working, I fostered a culture of Marketing Effectiveness in local Markets. This involved optimizing A&P and trade investments across diverse brands and marketing touchpoints, such as TV, Digital, Social Media, OOH, and L3F, among others.
