ABOUT JON HUBBARD
As a person I am detail orientated, organised, and lead by example. I have a wide range of skills from my previous career choices, all these qualities I have earned through my tireless thirst for knowledge and the drive to better myself. I have worked up from an adult trainee to Project manager and want to continue to improve the industry where and when I can, by leading by example.I have worked on some of the most prestigious projects in my career, from cultural landmarks like the Royal opera house, and The Royal national theatre to important infrastructure projects like Crossrail, London underground and Stansted airport refurbishment. majority of my work in either large commercial projects or high level residential, so client engagement and being public facing is second nature to me. I feel I have progressed enough through experience and skills gains that I am a very effective manager, particularly man-management when running projects, anyone who has been in any industry knows that business and projects are built on the efforts of the teams we manage, and their drive, passion and focus is for us to channel in the right direct to achieve success.
