Closely work with Engineering Leads and other Project Managers to identify and eliminate external impediments to delivery of initiatives and partner with the Director of Program Management to continuously identify ways to promote efficiency and collaboration. • Conduct project planning of department wide initiatives, including identifying outcomes, staffing needs, and dependencies. • Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Project Managers to define priority, urgency and scheduling around projects. • Drive projects to completion through influence (and without the authority of hierarchy). • Create radical transparency of project progress through clear and audience-appropriate communication. • Proactively problem solve and remove obstacles – identify and manage risks and dependencies before they are realized. • Facilitate daily stand-ups and project plan updates.
