Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage rework operations across the assembly line, ensuring timely resolution of issues without compromising quality or safety- Act as the central point of contact for rework coordination, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to align on priorities and solutions- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and contributing to root cause analysis and process enhancements- Maintain clear documentation and reporting to ensure traceability and compliance with manufacturing standards.
